Contacting iPermit.

iPermit Building Approvals Pty Ltd uses the details you provide to understand your project, respond to your enquiry and discuss relevant services. These may include your name, email, phone number, project location, proposed work, estimated construction cost and documents you choose to send.

Please provide only information relevant to the enquiry. If you prefer not to use the quote portal, you can contact us directly by phone or email.

General enquiries by email.

The Email our team button opens your email app with admin@ipermitba.com.au as the recipient. You choose what to include and send the message through your own email service. No message is submitted to this website by clicking the button.

The website no longer accepts general-enquiry form submissions. Any enquiries previously submitted through that form remain in a restricted iPermit inbox and are available only to authorised staff. Contact us if you have questions about an earlier submission. Enquiry text and contact details are not sent to advertising or analytics services.

Requesting a quote.

The Request a quote button opens iPermit’s existing quote form on office.certification.systems in the current browser window. Details entered there are handled through the Certification Systems service and iPermit’s existing quote workflow. Review the information and privacy notices provided in that portal when submitting.

This website does not collect or store a copy of your quote form. If you contact us by email, your email service handles the message and any attachments under its own terms. Contact iPermit if you have questions about your quote information.

Resources and downloads.

The client document collection can be browsed without providing project or contact details. Downloads are hosted with this website or in the separate Wix media collection supporting it. Public reference documents do not provide a place to upload your own plans.

Links marked as official websites take you to another organisation’s website, where that organisation’s privacy and access terms apply.

Weatherproofing risk calculator.

The H2V1a calculator stores the property address, project number, assessor name and role, NCC edition and selected risk factors in your browser on your device so you can resume an assessment. These entries are not submitted to iPermit or an analytics service. The PDF is created in your browser; you decide whether to download it and send it with your project documents.

Use Reset assessment to remove the saved assessment and its local backup, particularly on a shared device. Clearing browser data or using private browsing can remove saved entries. Downloaded PDFs remain wherever you save them and must be managed separately.

Technical services and browser storage.

The website host and supporting service providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and browser requests, to deliver and protect the website. Services may operate outside Australia.

Limited campaign labels and the landing page path may be held in session storage for the current website tab. These are not appended to the supplied quote URL or sent to the quote portal. The application preparation checklist holds your selected options and ticks only in the current page. State and project-type selections may appear in the page URL; no contact details are collected by the checklist. Closing or reloading the page clears its ticks. Advertising and analytics tags are currently inactive. We will update this notice to identify the providers and explain your choices before enabling optional measurement.

For questions about information you have provided to iPermit, to request access or a correction, or to raise a privacy concern, contact our team. Include enough detail for us to identify your enquiry, without sending unnecessary sensitive information. We can discuss the request and the next steps with you.
