The iPermit team

Robbie brings more than 15 years’ experience in building surveying, backed by eight years in the building and construction industry before entering the profession. Completing a trade background, he completed a Certificate IV in Building and Construction, followed by a Diploma of Building Surveying and a Bachelor of Building Surveying. As Director, he continues to work primarily as a Building Surveyor, combining project work with the ongoing development and management of iPermit.

Sophie has more than five years’ experience managing day-to-day business operations. As Director and Human Resources Manager, she coordinates business activities and supports the team, helping keep iPermit organised and running smoothly. She also supports HR and accounts administration, with a focus on staff wellbeing, clear internal processes and accurate business records.

Stojanka brings more than 17 years’ experience in the building industry, including seven years with a commercial builder. As Office Manager, she oversees the day-to-day running of the office, coordinates administration and supports the wider team. Her broad knowledge of the construction process helps keep communication, documentation and office processes organised, with a focus on timely, professional service.

Mark is a Registered Building Surveyor with more than 16 years’ industry experience. His earlier work as a carpenter and concreter gives him a practical understanding of construction and the challenges encountered on site. His background also includes managing and working within a building surveying team, with experience in leadership, team coordination and collaborative problem-solving. Mark brings this combination of technical knowledge, practical construction experience and team leadership to his role as Senior Building Surveyor at iPermit.

Daniel brings experience across construction and building surveying, including more than six years as a Registered Building Surveyor. His earlier work on construction projects across Melbourne while completing his studies gave him a practical foundation that continues to inform his approach to building assessment and compliance.

Godfrey commenced his Bachelor of Building Surveying at CQUniversity after graduating from Trinity Anglican College. Since then, he has developed practical industry experience as a Registered Building Inspector and is working towards registration as a Building Surveyor. He combines hands-on site experience with ongoing study in building legislation, construction standards and regulatory compliance.

Emma brings five years’ experience in administration, a background in real estate and a Certificate IV in Business to her role as Building Approvals Administrator. With one year in the building approvals industry, she continues to develop her understanding of permit processes and industry requirements. She provides organised, reliable support with application documentation and day-to-day administration, working with the team to keep clients informed and supported throughout the approval process.
